1. Shipping Policy

At HeavyEquipUS, we understand that our customers rely on timely delivery of heavy equipment. We strive to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

1.1 Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment verification and confirmation of item availability.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery:

  • Due to the size, weight, and nature of our products, shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • We partner with specialized freight carriers and logistics companies to arrange delivery.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and carrier details.

  • Delivery times vary significantly based on product size, destination, and carrier schedules. You will be provided with an estimated delivery timeframe at the time of purchase or shortly after.

  • Liftgate service is typically included or arranged for final delivery, but specific requirements must be confirmed at the time of order.

1.3 Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the item's dimensions, weight, shipping destination, and required services (e.g., inside delivery, placement).

  • You will be provided with a shipping quote before finalizing your purchase. The final order total will include all applicable shipping charges.

1.4 Delivery Inspection:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise thoroughly at the time of delivery.

  • Note any damage, missing parts, or discrepancies on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

  • Please take clear photographs of any visible damage to the packaging or product.

  • You must report any shipping damage or issues to HeavyEquipUS and the carrier within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@heavyequipus.shop or calling +1 (831) 750-3910.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the specialized and often custom nature of heavy equipment, our return policy is specific.

2.1 Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in brand new, unused, and original condition, with all protective packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • The item must be in a resalable condition, free of any damage, dirt, fuel, lubricants, or operational wear.

  • Return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-configured, special-order, or used items are generally FINAL SALE and not eligible for return unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.

  • Items that have been installed, used, fueled, or damaged after delivery.

2.3 Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at support@heavyequipus.shop or +1 (831) 750-3910 within the 7-day window to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA will be refused.

  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping, including freight, insurance, and any liftgate services. The item must be secured and packaged properly to prevent damage in transit.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

  4. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% to 30% of the item's purchase price may apply to approved returns to cover handling, inspection, and logistical costs. The exact fee will be communicated during the RMA authorization process.

  5. Refund Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and approve the return.

2.4 Incorrect or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us immediately at support@heavyequipus.shop or +1 (831) 750-3910. We will arrange for an inspection and coordinate the replacement or repair at our discretion and expense, in accordance with any applicable manufacturer warranties.

3. Warranty Information

  • Most new equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Specific warranty terms, duration, and claim procedures are provided with the product documentation. HeavyEquipUS acts as an intermediary to facilitate warranty service but is not the warrantor.
